Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled by the user, except when the vet365 makes the Cash Out feature available for that specific bet. Cash Out allows the user to settle a bet early at the value displayed at the time of the request, which may be lower or higher than the original stake.

The vet365 may use provisional results for early settlement and reserves the right to revise the outcome if the official source later corrects the score. During live events, odds may be temporarily suspended while the system updates probabilities. Bets submitted during a suspension are automatically rejected. The vet365 is not liable for transmission delays that may create information discrepancies between the user and the system.

Outcomes are determined solely by the physical roulette wheel, card shuffling, or dice used — not by software algorithms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes that cannot be resolved administratively will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
